Job Description:
Responsible for the design and development of all marketing and channel creative collateral.
Responsible for the adaptation and localization of global creative.
Operates effectively as a member of the Marketing team and provides creative guidance to the junior designer.
Also operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes.
Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
Effectively designs and develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
Utilizes storyboarding and graphic pre-designs where appropriate.
Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills.
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
A broad understanding of HTML and a strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash Animate, Edge Animate
Degree or diploma in design
5 to 7 years’ experience in design (content generation).
With a minimum of 5 to 6 years’ experience in an agency environment.
