Post Office branch closures won’t affect Sassa grant recipients

Sassa grant recipients will not be affected by the closure of some post office branches.

That’s according to the cash-strapped parastatal which plans to close over 100 branches nationwide.

There have been concerns the closure will affect grant payouts.

“I do not believe that grant recipients should worry, they will not be affected,” said SAPO CEO Nomkhita Mona.
