GP Education MEC visits Soshanguve school after pupil murdered

Gauteng Education MEC, Matome Chiloane says officials are working round the clock to ensure the safety of pupils in Soshanguve.
This is after a Ntsako Secondary School pupil was raped and murdered on her way home last week. Chiloane said, “We are working around the clock to make sure, all of you are safe, all of you can get the education that you deserve.
“Remember, you are the future, remember, we rely on you to take our country forward. We are doing our best so that you get the education you deserve, that’s why we are investing so much for you to take that opportunity
That’s why now when we move forward, we will make sure the schools in Shoshunguve especially the high schools will be given proper support, proper security to make sure all the learners are safe.”
