South Africans confused: Senior government officials spotted smoking, where did they get those cigarettes

As far as we all know, cigarettes are not for sale in Mzansi. The government’s reasoning is that it is not in the best interest of the country to sell cigarettes during the coronavirus pandemic.
But very senior government officials were seen puffing freely at the funeral service of Anti-apartheid stalwart Andrew Mlangeni, who is being laid to rest on Wednesday morning.
The question on people’s minds is where exactly do these officials get their skyf from since well cigarettes have been banned since the lockdown was introduced at the end of March.
It is highly unlikely that they bought themselves boxes of skyf before the lockdown.
