Generation actress Abigail Kubeka was allegedly assaulted by a taxi driver. The incident is believed to have been road rage and happened last week. It occurred at a traffic circle near Orlando, Soweto.
According to Gauteng police spokesperson, Brigadier Mathapelo Peters, the driver assaulted and alighted Kubheka. She sustained injuries to her upper body.
Police are currently investigating a case of common assault. The driver managed to escape after the alleged assault. Police have been able to establish the identity of the suspect, however, they are still in search of him.
