General Maintenance Worker needed urgently: Salary R12 000 to R15 000 per month

Our client is looking for a General Maintenance Worker to join their team and to take responsibility for making sure all assigned areas of the hotel are working optimally as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Check all common areas and outside areas for malfunction/brokerage and report to the Maintenance Manager
Daily room inspections before guest arrivals
Perform maintenance fixes such as repairing broken locks, paintwork, plumbing, woodwork
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues (fault finding) and replacement of light bulbs.
Install appliances and equipment
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
Report to facilities or maintenance manager for issues
Requirements:
Preferably 2- 3 years previous maintenance experience
Preferably work in a 4/5* Hotel environment
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and air conditioning
Proven experience and/or qualification with electrical, plumbing and building maintenance
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken English
Attention to detail
Flexibility
Must be well-presented and enthusiastic personality
