CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To perform handwork duties in the Finishing department and adhere to weekly, monthly scheduled and maintenance plans.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Produce high-quality handwork within the deadline
Making up of books, pads and shrinkwraps
Weighing batches for banding of shrinkwrap machine
Ensure jobs are labelled correctly and documentation is in order
Ensure housekeeping standards are met

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Matric with at least 2 years related experience in a print environment

BEHAVIOURS & ATTRIBUTES:

Team player
High-level verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good reporting skills
