Gauteng Education MEC to set date for Grade 1 and 8 applications

Gauteng parents with children going into grades one and eight next year are warming up to apply for seats in the classroom. Education MEC, Matome Chiloane is to announce on Sunday when online registrations will open.

She will also outline measures to deal with the violence that continues to plague schools in the province.
