Fundiswa Zwane aka Madonsela Reportedly fired from Imbewu: The Seed

Actress Fundiswa Zwane has reportedly been let go from her role as Madonsela in eTV drama, Imbewu: The Seed. The actress, according to a report by Isolezwe was allegedly let go after her manager requested a pay increase for the actress. Fundiswa’s exit is said to have come as a surprise to her as she was unaware of her exit. She will be allegedly replaced by Brenda Mhlongo.
A source told the publication claims that Brenda was told by others that she was no longer working on the drama and that Brenda would be replacing her as she was away from work.
She was said to be very surprised as he was still determined to keep on acting but wanted a bit more money. Money matters are a problem in this game as Tony has left because he was not satisfied with his salary. Siyabonga Thwala had already started the story of being a part of the sport but that was not always the case for the money, ”said a source. A year ago the drama was hit with claims that staff had their salaries reduced to at least half of what they were earning initially. Sunday Sun reported that the producers of Imbewu: TheSeed have decided to reduce their staff’s salaries hence they believed that they are earning “too much”.
