Purpose of the job: Responsibility of refueling all vehicles, shunting and carrying out safety inspections effectively and assisting transport administrator with related administrative duties. Responsibilities: Refuel Trucks Manage fuel records Bowser and pump control Refilling of vehicle/truck oil and water Visual vehicle/truck inspection and report any irregularities and defects Bowser and pump housekeeping (hygiene & safety) Daily recorded fuel dips Generator weekly checks Licensing discs checks weekly Minor (weekly) inspection of all vehicles and report any irregularities and defects.

Qualification/Experience: Grade 12 with numerical ability At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry Valid code C1 license is advantageous Job Related Competencies (knowledge, skills and attributes): Accuracy/Attention to detail Organising/Planning Accountability Respect In-house systems Numerical ability Teamwork Sense of urgency Communication – written, verbal Other Requirements: Pressurised environment 6-day position Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as the business requires.

Qualification Requirements
