Former Tshwane Mayor Murunwa Makwarela has been granted R10,000 bail. He appeared in the Specialised Commercial Crimes court in Pretoria on Monday.
Makwarela hands himself over to police He’s facing fraud charges for submitting a fake insolvency rehabilitation certificate.
