Former Rhythm City star arrested for impersonation
Former ‘Rhythm City’ star Zola Hashatsi was arrested for impersonation at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital. Undoubtedly, the actor has been topping trends after the news of his alleged arrest made rounds on social media. According to CityPress, one of the nurses at the medical institute bumped into the actor attending to patients. The actor failed to answer, being confronted about who he was and what he was up to.
In the mix of things, the police were informed, leading to his alleged arrests. According to Briefly, a case of fraud and impersonation of a medical practitioner was opened against the actor. However, whether the actor was attending to patients is yet to be confirmed. A source who opted to remain anonymous revealed that he saw the actor attending to patients in one of the wards.
What is a shocker is that the former ‘Rhythm City’ star was arrested but later released. According to Briefly, the police confirmed the arrest but later revealed that it was subsequently withdrawn. Police spokesperson Mavela Masondo confirmed. The suspect was arrested. He was taken to court, and the case was withdrawn by the court.
However, this is not the first time the former ‘Rhythm City’ star has made all sorts of headlines for the wrong reasons.
