Former NPA boss Mxolisi Nxasana returns to #Statecaptureinquiry

Former National Prosecuting Authority boss Mxolisi Nxasana will return to the state capture inquiry on Monday. He previously testified in June.
Nxasana told the Commission of political and external interference in decision making at the prosecuting body.
He also interacted with former President Jacob Zuma’s lawyer, Michael Hulley, before being appointed to the post.
Nxasana was removed from office in 2015 and Zuma gave him a R17-million golden handshake. The Constitutional Court later found the decision to remove him was an abuse of power.
