Former Bosasa boss Angelo Agrizzi too ill to attend court – lawyers

Three of the Bosasa corruption and fraud accused are ready to go ahead with the trial.
The delay however is with Angelo Agrizzi.

His lawyers say he is too sick to appear in court. The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has been given consent to go through his medical records to determine the severity of his illness.

It will also appoint independent medical practitioners. The four are accused of fraud totalling R1.8 billion in connection with tenders.
