About the role

Ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of all areas including the critical plant such as dumpsters and associated process equipment
Stock management of all branch stock including pre picking loads and utilization of Safetykleen business systems
Unloading loading of stock including cages, drums and machines both clean and spent items.

Item arrival and goods receipt processing ensuring stock is recorded correctly and returned to the Distribution Center
Must use a Fork Lift Truck licence applicable
Assembly, testing and repair of machines
Prevents any unnecessary waste of solvent or solvent pilferage, any unnecessary damage to material goods, vehicles, allied product and machines
Ensures the timely and correct storage and uplift of all appropriate waste from the branch
Maintains that all allocated vehicles to the branch are in a clean condition and any defects are reported to the Customer Service Team Leader

Upholds and ensures the cleanliness and operating efficiency of the branch as directed by the Customer Service Team Leader
Any other duties reasonably requested and which are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role
Competencies Candidate Requirements

Contributes positively through clear communication
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Physically fit as the job involves manual handling
Develops good working relationships with all stakeholders
Valid counterbalance forklift licence and experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
