Mohamed Mwela, the 19-year old Forest High pupil accused of murdering 16-year-old Daniel Bakwela, is due back in court on Friday.
In June, Mwela was granted R5,000 bail by the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court so that he could writer exams but the family of the deceased was not pleased, saying he should not have been granted bail.
Under the terms of his bail conditions, Mwela is not allowed to interact with witnesses or enter the school premises until the trial is finalized.
