A fast growing start-up Residential Construction company in Hermanus is looking for a dynamic Foreman / Project Manager to join their team – this is a role where there will be growth opportunities as the company is growing fast.

Responsibilities:

Setting out building footprints

Surveying, working with levels

Be up to date with National Construction Laws

Managing a team of 10 – 15 staff

Coordinating sub-contractors and work with varied trades

Qualifications:

3+ years Residential Construction experience

MS Office (Excel, Word)

Good Crisis Management experience

Drivers License
