FNB Digital channels are still down. First National Bank is one of South Africa’s “big four” banks. The bank twitted yesterday after several complaints from account holders who could not process anything on the banking App.

The tweet read, ” We can confirm that functionality on digital channels is now fully restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience and continued support”.

First National Bank’s digital systems are still down with customers failing to make payments or log in to their bank accounts. People are trying to make payments and the OTP sms is taking at least 20 minutes to come.

It’s just been complain after complain this morning with companies failing to login to make salary payments as the FNB system still giving a lot of their clients issues.

We are certain FNB are doing everything in their power to give all the clients service.
