- Sale starts at 09:00 on 07 May 2019.
- The sale will terminate once the full 45 000 ticket allocation has sold out.
- R5 tickets include airport taxes.
- Tickets are not held when selected; only payment reserves the ticket. As such, if a lot of people are looking at the same tickets, only the first person who pays for a ticket/s will get it.
- R5 sale tickets are ONLY available on our website, www.flysafair.co.za
- This year, we’ll open the sale by letting an amount of randomly selected shoppers onto our site, where they’ll need to start their purchase journey before their session expires. Those that don’t get onto the site will remain in our online Waiting Room. Every 5 minutes, we will fill up our website by randomly selecting another group of lucky customers from the Waiting Room, who will then get the chance to snatch up their R5 tickets. So once you’re in the Waiting Room, don’t leave because you’ll stand the chance of getting randomly drawn to go onto our website right up until the last ticket is sold.
- No preferential access to the site can or will be granted to any customer.
- Please note the R5 tickets are only available on selected flights departing between 07 May 2019 and end September 2019.
- Our Call Centre administration fee will be dropped for the day so that people who want to make normal bookings won’t be penalised for not being able to get onto our site. The option to change an existing booking will be available online.
- The R5 sale tickets will NOT be available through the Call Centre.
- The R5 sale EXCLUDES group bookings of 15 or more people.
- The R5 sale tickets will only include carry-on luggage, as per our Lite Fare option. Optional extras, such as checked baggage, are excluded from the R5 tickets.
- The R5 sale tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Penalties and difference in fare will apply for any changes made to R5 sale tickets.
- By taking part in this sale, you will be automatically signed up for our marketing communications.
