FlySafair R10 Ticket Sale
For 10 years we’ve been uniting our nation with flights to all main destinations in SA and beyond, and to celebrate, we’re hosting the party of the decade! That’s right, to mark the occasion, our R10 Birthday Sale is kicking off later today, and this is one celebration you won’t want to miss. The party will start at 9 am and will end only when all 50 000 R10 tickets have been snatched up. And, because everyone who is anyone will be joining the festivities, we’ll have a waiting room to help manage the crowds on our website. Stick around in here because you never know when you could be the next lucky person to go through to the main event!
A few things to note before taking on the year’s most epic bash:
- Our super cheap sale tickets are only available for purchase through our website. Remember it’s the luck of the draw—not every party goer is guaranteed to get a R10 ticket.
- You can purchase sale tickets using any of the 5 available easy and safe ways to pay!
- There is a waiting room designed to manage traffic to our website to avoid overcrowding.
- Every few minutes we’ll give a certain number of people access to our website so they can book their R10 sale tickets.
- While you’re in the waiting room, enter our competition where you could stand to WIN free flights for a whole year! You won’t lose your spot.

Terms and Conditions:
- FlySafair will make a selection of one-way flight tickets available for sale at R 10.00 (Ten Rand) on our domestic routes ONLY and excludes flights to Mauritius and Zanzibar. These tickets will:(i) Only be available on the FlySafair website at www.flysafair.co.za and not through the FlySafair app, the FlySafair call centre, FlySafair Airport Ticket Sales Desks, or any other distribution partner.(ii) Only be available from 9:00 am on 08 May 2024 and will terminate subject to clause 2 below.(iii) Only be available for selected departures between 08 May 2024 and 30 November 2024.
(iv) Excludes group bookings of 10 (Ten) or more people and unaccompanied minors.
- The sale will terminate upon such time as (i) the allocation of 50,000 (fifty thousand) one-way flight tickets have sold out or ii) at any time prior and at the sole discretion of FlySafair, whichever occurs first.
- R 10.00 (Ten Rand) tickets include all airport taxes and VAT, but exclude any additional services such as (but not limited to) checked luggage, priority boarding and seat pre-selection.
- Tickets are not confirmed when selected, only successful payment in full results in a confirmed ticket reservation. As such, if multiple people are viewing the same tickets, only the first person who successfully completes payment will be allocated such ticket.
- Tickets can only be issued once the booking has been paid for in full.
- The Pick n Pay, RCS, Mobicred and Zapper payment methods do not qualify for this R10 (Ten Rand) offer and will not be available.
- Access to the website in order to make ticket purchases will be limited by means of a “Waiting Room” facility, which is designed to preserve the integrity of the website and protect it against the heavy traffic demand.
- A selection of users, the number of which is to be solely determined by FlySafair, will gain access to the website for ticket purchases when the sale starts. The remaining visitors will be placed in the Waiting Room.
- Users on the website will need to complete the purchase requirements before their session expires. Each session will be 10 minutes.
- Once a user completes a ticket purchase, or the session expires, they will be redirected to the waiting room once again.
- No preferential access to the site can, or will, be granted to any user.
- Users seeking to make normal bookings can do so on the FlySafair App, through the FlySafair Call Centre or at FlySafair Airport Ticket Sales Desks. The call centre administration fee will apply. The call center number is 087 357 0030.
- Only the Lite Fare will be available for R10.00 (ten Rand). Should a user elect to travel with checked in luggage, this will need to be added by the user separately.
- R10.00 (TEN RAND) TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND MAY NOT BE CANCELLED. Penalties and differences in fares will apply for any changes made to R10.00 (Ten Rand) tickets.
- By participating in this sale, you automatically agree to receive FlySafair marketing email communications. Any correspondence sent to you will have a clear opt-out should you wish to unsubscribe from marketing correspondence from FlySafair.
- FlySafair reserves the right to suspend or alter this promotion at any point without notice to users.
