Key responsibilities:
Successfully manage staff/customer enquiries
Adhere to all sales/safe procedures and knowledge of safe admin will be beneficial
Regular reporting and feedback to store manager
Daily floor walks
Daily backorder checks
Monthly Non-Stock Backorder investigation
Daily managing tasks on wanderlust and ensuring all daily duties are conducted timeously
Behavioral Competencies:
Proven sales track record
Balanced and mature behavioral profile
Energetic/self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and put in extra efforts to meet tight deadlines
Strong customer orientation skills, and trading mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication ability
Ability to identify and resolve problems timeously and accurately
Managing the team by example and leading from the front.
Requirements:
Solid Experience in sales management of retail stores.
Matric
Competency to trade in firearms and ammunition
Good knowledge of excel and Microsoft office in general
Knowledge of investigating stock movement, hazard counts as well as stock takes will be beneficial.
Experience in Labour scheduling and staff scheduling
