FLEET MANAGER

Salary: Commensurate on experience and qualifications

Reports to: CEO

REQUIREMENTS:

Suited applicants are expected to meet the below-listed criteria to qualify. No chancers please.

Must have Matric or equivalent
Must have 5 years Fleet Management experience in the construction sector
Must be computer literate in CCS. Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must have excellent record keeping skills
Must be fluent in English
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to work under pressure
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must be able to use own initiative, be able to work independently and without supervision
Must possess strong attention to detail
DUTIES:

Material Control
Stores Management & Stock Control
Material Requisitions and email it to buyer
Update stock records
Stock Taking
General store supervision
Material and Stock ordering
Issuing stock against store requisition
Ensure the company fleet and assets are updated onto the company server
Maintain asset register and auditing of same
Maintain Assets and ensure accurate licencing
Manage asset insurance ensure it is updated and accurate
Fleet management and control fuel, logbooks, keys etc.
Manage drivers
Manage company cell phones and data for head office and sites
Fleet Administration
Input Journal and filing delivery notes
Liaise on HO Vehicle and fleet relation matters
Send journals, delivery notes and invoices to the accounts dept.
Mail coordination
Adhoc duties as required by site management
