Transport/Logistics Fleet Controllers required: APPLY HERE

Transport/Logistics Fleet Controllers required for Cape Town based company.

Must have at least 2 years experience in the Transport/logistics industry.

Must be computer literate and have passed Gr. 12.

We are looking for strong individuals who will be required to assist management with the daily routing of vehicles and management of staff.

Duties to include:

Supervision of drivers and other staff members

Debriefing, collecting and checking of all daily delivery documents.

Monitoring of vehicles on C-Track.

Ensuring all vehicles remain within the set time and route parameters of their daily deliveries.

Supervision of Pre-Start and End of Shift Inspections of all vehicles.

Overseeing general housekeeping of the yard as well as workshop buildings.

Supervising diesel fill ups of all vehicles

Ensuring that all trailers have been cleaned prior to the loading of a new product.

The suitable candidates are to have a valid code 08 license as well as own transport.

The suitable candidates will be required to work long hours and to be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
