Finetown residents say police have failed them

Residents of Finetown in Ennerdale, Johannesburg are fed up with what they call SAPS’s reactive policing in the area.

On Saturday, 11 people were shot — 6 of them fatally — before the suspects fled the scene.

They remain at large.

Police Minister Bheki Cele told the community that officers are working around the clock to catch the triggermen.
