Required – experienced financial manager with some HR experience to handle and oversee the following:
Debtors, creditors, procurement and cash books
Strict cash flow monitoring and management
Full bookkeeping to trial balance
Financial administration and company secretarial work
Human resources – payroll, contracts, basic disciplinary process
BBBEE registration and compliance
Office management
Monthly financial reporting and company performance management packs for all companies
Balance intercompany accounts monthly
Complete the VAT, PAYE and all other statutory returns for all companies
Liaise with auditors and oversee audits for all companies
Manage financial and HR staff
