Finance Assistant urgently needed: Salary R25 000 to R45 000 per month
Global animal welfare organizations require a financial assistant to work closely with a small finance team. Head office based in Westlake, Cape Town.
The Finance Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organization by assisting in various accounting and administrative tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. The Finance Assistant will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Compiling weekly fundraising reports
Compiling monthly Management account reports
Compiling period Campaign reports
Other ad-hoc Financial Reports as needed
Reconciliation of supplier accounts
Sending of proof of payments
Inputting and reconciling financial document on accounting software
Filing of documents
Completion of documentation
Assist management with projects and new or existing supplier relationships
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Salary: R25,000.00 – R45,000.00 per month
Experience:
Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
