Fikile Mbalula has rewarded his social media fans with a gift that keeps on giving…But it’s not a free car, airtime or even an unlimited pass on traffic fines…The Minister of Transport has presented fans with…wait for it…a festive selection of memes!
Known for his hilarious sense of humour, being social media savvy and his ghetto fabulous lingo, we’re not entirely surprised by Minister Razzmatazz’s move.
