Incumbent John Steenhuisen undertook to end electricity blackouts while Mpho Phalatse says she’ll bring change and good governance.

DA federal congress delegates will vote for new party leadership on Sunday.

Steenhuisen made an impassioned plea to candidates to vote for him, pledging amongst others to end power cuts.
