Bonginkosi Khanyile fears for his life
Alleged unrest instigator Bonginkosi Khanyile is worried about his safety.
His matter has once again been adjourned in the Durban Regional Court.
Khanyile is charged with incitement to commit public violence, and holding a gathering in contravention of the disaster management act.
It is alleged the gathering sparked off the unrest in KZN and Gauteng.
