Connie Ferguson’s heart-melting Father’s Day message to late Shona

11 months after actress Connie Ferguson, lost her husband Shona Ferguson, but the pain doesn’t go away, and she misses him every single day.

As the world celebrated Father’s Day yesterday, Connie took to her Instagram account to pen a heartfelt message to show gratitude to him, for being a phenomenal father to their kids,

Connie said she misses him every day, and thanked him for parenting well with her.

She wrote:

“Miss you every day. Especially missed you today. Thank you for showing that it’s not that hard to be a good father. I was blessed to parent with you. Always one of a kind. Love you forever,”.

Shona would have celebrated his 48th birthday on 30 April 2022. His daughter Alicia Ferguson, took to her Instagram account to send him a heartfelt happy heavenly birthday shoutout.

“Happy Heavenly Birthday day Fa. I’m not going to lie. Writing this message feels so strange and heartbreaking. It’s your first heavenly birthday. Unfortunately I can’t run to your room and irritate you on this special day. It feels extremely weird and empty not having you around. I miss asking you for nasal spray when mine finished.

I miss you coming to my room asking me to take pictures of you, or “come take me a snap”. I miss you calling me asking “Juice, what’s for lunch?” I just miss you being here fa♥️But I know you’re resting in peace and watching over us. I love you so much Fede. Happy Birthday,” she wrote.
