Gift of the Givers is concerned that cholera cases are being under-reported in the Free State.
The humanitarian aid organization is reporting three more cholera deaths in the area, a granny, mother, and aunt all from the same family.
Director and founder, Dr Imtiaz Sooliman suspects a total of nine people may have died in the Free State.
