Factory Clerk

Vibe Jive Brands are looking for an organised Factory Clerk to perform multiple functions, throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Check daily hygiene of personnel and processing plant
Complete and file relevant information sheets
Ensure daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedules are updated and communicated
Induction training
Internal auditing
Document control and filling
Relieving as supervisor
Training of staff on SOP’s
Supervise cleaning
Investigation of complaints
Incoming quality of raw materials and packaging material
Health and safety Role SOP

· Document control / daily employee time and attendance

· Verify all the activities within the factory every hour

· Submit all the document to the QC department daily (Monday to Friday)

· Communicate with QC department (food safety meetings)

· Check the whole factory and record findings on daily hygiene checklist document

· Ensure plant housekeeping is effected at all times

· Ensure that the factory is cleaned daily

· Send job request to the maintenance department if there is a need

· Store daily production downtime and record production in a computer (office)

· Complete non-Conformance raised

· Perform administrative tasks

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Min 2 years’ relevant experience in an FMCG production environment
Working knowledge and experience on MS Office
Reliable, honest
Accuracy of information captured is essential
Time management and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R5,000.00 – R8,000.00 per month
