Gwen Ramokgopa speaks on Ezulweni payment saga

Events company Ezulweni Investment is claiming the African National Congress (ANC) owes it more than R140-million.
The ANC and Ezulweni have been in a four-year court battle over money owed for campaign material for the party’s 2019 campaign.
The Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein and the South Gauteng High Court have ruled that the ANC must pay its debt, however, the ANC is adamant, it does not owe the company anything.
The matter is now in the Constitutional Court. ANC Treasurer-General, Gwen Ramokgopa explains.
