EXPORTS COORDINATOR Wanted: Salary R18 000 per month
Company in Langlaagte Industria is urgently looking for a EXPORTS COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Would include, but not be restricted to the following:
Processing export documentation in line with company and legal requirements;
Preparing costings from enquiry/drawings in the company;
Capture all costings/quotations/tenders on the Syspro system as well as filing them manually;
Expedite payment on the above invoices via bank transfers/letters of credit;
Load orders onto Syspro system;
Monitor progress on all aspects of orders being processed;
All tasks associated with administration of goods sold to the export market as defined
by the company;
Customer queries must be dealt with quickly and accurately as well as follow-up
referrals;
Assist in the absence of sales staff by closing sale or noting the information in order
for sales to attend to query;
Co ordinate between departments, suppliers and factory;
Ensure that the import declarations is as per the import laws of the dictated country;
To match tax invoice to loaded containers;
Cost effective buying with approved and new suppliers
Adequate training will be provided for everyday duties, and the incumbent
will be encouraged to attend outside training sessions where necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
An in-depth knowledge of food service equipment in the industry in general would be
an advantage;
Computer literate;
Export documentation experience would be an advantage
Experience in exports is essential
Highest level of honesty
Ability to work accurately
