Experienced Sushi Chefs Needed – Apply:

We are a new sushi restaurant that has opened in the CBD (Loop Street) – Shibui Sushi. We are in need of experienced sushi chefs to start immediately.

You will need to be familiar with:

-the preparation work – cutting of fish; making the sauces and rice etc. The making of the sushi – classic sushi rolls as well as a new style. Platting of the sushi – all sushi is packed in takeaway boxes but still needs to look great

The kitchen is for a takeaway restaurant so all orders will be made for delivery. If you are interested and have some experience in this field we love to see your CV.
