This position is in Cairo-Egypt

Nile Exploration is looking to hire an Executive chef for our new restaurant in Cairo – Egypt. The new restaurant shall be based on craft burgers and craft cuisine in general.

We offer tax free salary, accommodation, private car transportation to work and one flight home per year.

The main responsibilities shall be:

Menu Development
Team training and development
Culinary quality control
Food cost control
Candidate must also be creative, a problem solver and ready to work long hours in a challenging & purposefull environment.

This new restaurant will be the fourth in our growing family of restaurants & bars.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R19,000.00 to R25,000.00 /month

Experience:
