Euphonik found himself trending on an eventful weekend but the DJ wasted no time in not only declaring his innocence, but also reminding his followers that he doesn’t care about negative reports about him. After a week dominated by abuse and r@pe sagas, Twitter well and truly reached boiling point this weekend, and our celebrities were at the heart of the online fracas.
It began when Busiswa was allegedly physically assaulted by her baby daddy (allegations he has since denied!) and continued when Tshepi Vundla outed her ex-boyfriend Tibz when she accused him of beating her while they dated.

Tibz swiftly denied the allegations but that did nothing to stem the tide of criticism coming his way. One person who knows a thing or two about dealing with abuse allegations is Euphonik, and after seeing his fellow DJ suffering, he offered Tibz some advice on how to deal with public meltdowns such as these:

Euphonik himself was accused of physically abusing his ex-girlfriend Bonang Matheba, and although he has acknowledged that their relationship was “toxic” he has never admitted to the allegations. Despite this, his decision to offer abuse-accused Tibz advice during this time was one tweet too much for many triggered individuals on the timeline and the knives were immediately drawn for Euphonik once his “advice” went viral.
