Eskom warns of possible festive season blackouts

Eskom COO Jan Oberholzer had further bad news for South Africans on Tuesday, warning of blackouts throughout the festive season.

Oberholzer says in the next few weeks they will be looking into making several capital investments and major repair projects.
Meanwhile, the acting head of generation at the utility Rhulani Mathebula has quit with immediate effect.
