Eskom to implement Stage 3 blackouts
Eskom will implement Stage 3 power cuts from 4pm on Monday until 5am on Tuesday.
The power utility says Stage 2 blackouts will be implemented thereafter, until further notice.
Eskom says the power cuts are due to breakdowns and depleted emergency generation reserves.
Stage 3 loadshedding will be implemented at 16:00 today until 05:00 on Tuesday; Stage 2 and 3 will be implemented on Tuesday. pic.twitter.com/76twfQV273
