No politician being investigated over Eskom corruption

Parliament’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts was briefed by the South African Police Service, the Hawks and the Special Investigating Unit on allegations made by former Eskom CEO André de Ruyter.
De Ruyter blew the whistle on widespread corruption at the state-owned entity and implicated at least one senior politician. Security and law enforcement agencies say they not investigating any politicians.
