Eskom back in the spotlight at #Statecaptureinquiry

Eskom will be in the spotlight again when the state capture inquiry resumes on Monday morning.

The power utility’s former head of Legal and Compliance Suzanne Daniels will testify again.

Daniels previously told the Commission how Gupta associate, Salim Essa, offered her an eight-hundred-million rand bribe.

At the time, she said this was to ensure that former executive Matshela Koko became Eskom CEO. Koko also took the stand last week at the Commission.
