The Facility
Over the past few years, this facility has transitioned from a ‘community hospital’ to become one of the three major adult tertiary hospitals in Adelaide with an additional 124 beds added. The Emergency Department (ED) is open 24-hours a day, providing health care to more than 65,000 people each year.
The Role
You will be responsible for the assessment and management of acute patients within the ED. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the ED Director who will assist and support you to develop your overall emergency medicine expertise.
The Requirements
It is essential that you either hold Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine or are able to demonstrate significant progress towards FACEM or equivalent.
Registration/Membership: Appointment to this position requires registration with or eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist in Emergency Medicine. Apply Now
