State of disaster to mitigate impact of severe electricity supply
Minister in the Presidency Mondli Gungubele led a briefing alongside COGTA minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma and Health Minister Joe Phaahla on Friday.
Dlamini-Zuma says the electricity State of Disaster will minimize the impact of rolling blackouts.
Minister Phaahla says hospitals getting power directly from Eskom will be exempted from blackouts by June.
The ministers were giving details around the recently-published disaster regulations.
