Overhaul the electoral system, says One SA

If the electoral system can’t be fixed, it must be overhauled according to One South Africa Movement’s Mmusi Maimane.

He says the amendment bill, as it stands, will always favour political parties.

He says the system can be proportional or fair, but it can’t be both.
