ANC believes conduct of members contributed to its electoral decline

The African National Congress (ANC) believes the conduct of its members contributed to its electoral decline as it takes stock of its poor performance at the polls.
The party has urged its branch and regional structures to refrain from publicly smearing the organization.
Speaking during a media briefing in Johannesburg on Monday afternoon ANC Gauteng Secretary TK Nciza says more attention will be placed on organisational discipline.
“The PEC Lekgotla concluded with cautioning ANC members and leaders in branches and regional about public conduct. It is of great concern that some leaders of the organization constantly ridicule the decisions.”
