Bheki Cele’s visit was an election roadshow, says Winde

Following Police Minister Bheki Cele’s visit to the Western Cape, the province’s Premier Alan Winde has lashed out at Cele.

Winde says that there is under training in the police force and that the minister’s visit to Mitchells Plain was an election roadshow.
