Court rules EFF shutdown can go ahead in Cape Town

The High Court in the Western Cape has ruled that EFF’s Monday shutdown must go ahead in Cape Town.
But protesters should not prevent the public from going to work.
They are barred from looting businesses and damaging property.
The city of Cape Town brought the application to interdict the shutdown.
