EFF protests outside court in support of Busisiwe Mkhwebane
While the legal representatives of Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan and Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane battle it out in the North Gauteng High Court, supporters and detractors of the pair are gathered outside court.
Gordhan lodged an urgent application against Mkhwebane following her findings that he violated the executive ethics code in the Sars investigative unit matter.
Mkhwebane recommended that President Cyril Ramaphosa take disciplinary action against Gordhan.
The leadership of the radical and militant Economic Emancipation Movement is at the Pretoria High Court today.
