Deputy Higher Education Minister vows to leave no student behind

Deputy Higher Education Minister, Buti Manamela, says no student will be left behind.

He says all deserving students will receive financial assistance.

He also says the department has been listening to the concerns of universities and colleges.

Speaking to JJ Tabane on Power to Truth, Manamela says the opening of tertiary institutions will go smoothly.
