Ed Sheeran reveals he thought he was gay for a bit during childhood
British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran recently revealed in an interview that he thought he was “gay for a bit” during his childhood. The Shape of You hitmaker has addressed his sexuality several times on his social media before, stating that he is straight.
Award-winning musician Ed Sheeran was a guest on the ManManMan podcast in October that explores male sexuality. Sheeran and the three podcats hosts discussed his time in Amsterdam and his new album Equals.

The Grammy award-winning singer released his new album Equals (=) on Friday 29 October. The themes of the 14-track album follow Ed Sheeran being a father, losing a friend and trying to balance work and married life. Taking to Instagram, he shared that Equals is his favourite album that he’s ever made.
